When selecting your player’s division during registration, please follow the chart below:
Division
Division 1: 2008–2009
Division 2: 2010-2011
Division 3: 2012-2013
Division 4: 2014–2015
Division 5: 2016–2017
Important:
If the system does not allow registration under the correct division, please select any available division and complete the registration process.
When asked for your preferred team, enter:
Team Name: PRIME LA FC
Division: Select the division listed above for your player’s age group.

Registration Guidelines
To complete registration, all players must submit a completed player registration packet, including:
- Financial forms
- Health forms
- Code of Conduct forms
Registration packets must be approved by a PRIME LA FC club administrator or emailed to:
info@primelafc.com
Birth Certificate Requirement (New Players Only)
New players must provide a certified copy of their birth certificate to their Team Manager or Head Coach for club registration purposes.
Please note: Hospital birth records will not be accepted under any circumstances.
